I also got a letter like this a week ago.  after several emails back and forth and returning his letters i removed the 2 products i had on decaldriven.com.  I just sent him a email saying NO..  sorry..  we are not going for your "scare tactics".  he wants 5k form us and i think it's crazy. letters were sent to me on the 11th and he demands 5k by the 24th??  what a joke.. 

does VW even know aobut this firm?  do they pay him ??
